Aluminum Die Casting
Aluminum die casting is a manufacturing process in which molten aluminum is injected under high pressure into a steel mold, or die, to create parts with precise dimensions, complex shapes, and excellent surface finishes. Aluminum's lightweight, corrosion-resistant properties make it an ideal material for die casting, especially in industries that require durable and high-strength components, such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, and consumer goods.
Aluminum die-cast components are often used in automotive parts like engine blocks, housings, and heat sinks, as well as in electronics enclosures and industrial equipment. The process can also accommodate a wide variety of post-casting finishing options, including powder coating, anodizing, or further machining, depending on the final product's requirements.
The aluminum die casting process offers several advantages:
High Efficiency: Aluminum die casting allows for rapid production of large volumes of parts with consistent quality and tight tolerances.
Complex Geometries: It can produce intricate designs, including thin walls, internal features, and complex contours, which may be difficult to achieve with other manufacturing methods.
Lightweight and Durable: Aluminum parts are lightweight yet strong, providing a good balance between structural integrity and reduced material weight.
Corrosion Resistance: Aluminum's natural resistance to corrosion makes it suitable for components exposed to harsh environments.
Cost-Effective: Aluminum die casting reduces material waste and minimizes the need for secondary operations, lowering overall production costs.

Our CNC Services
CNC Turning
CNC turning is an ideal technique for creating deep bores, threaded elements, and a variety of cylindrical shapes with superior surface finishes. For precise component production, fast lead times, and flexible batch sizes, Wanda's CNC turning services provide the solution you need. Explore how we can support your manufacturing requirements.
CNC Milling
CNC milling is a precision machining process that involves using computer-controlled rotating cutting tools to remove material from a workpiece. This method is ideal for producing complex geometries, detailed surfaces, and intricate prismatic shapes. Multi-axis CNC milling machines offer versatility and accuracy, allowing for the creation of both flat and curved surfaces without the need for specialized tooling. This adaptability makes CNC milling suitable for a wide variety of industries and applications, ensuring efficient production of high-quality components.
EDM Services
Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) is a highly precise manufacturing process used to shape hard metals and materials that are difficult to machine with conventional methods. It works by generating controlled electrical sparks between an electrode and the workpiece, which erodes the material to form the desired shape. EDM is particularly useful for creating intricate details, fine features, and tight tolerances in components that require high precision.
Surface Finishing
There are two main types of EDM: wire EDM, which uses a thin wire as the electrode to cut intricate shapes, and die-sinking EDM, where the electrode takes the shape of the cavity to be machined. EDM is commonly used in industries like aerospace, automotive, and mold-making, where complex geometries and hard materials are essential.
Wanda is capable of machining parts from a variety of materials, including both metals and plastics. Our services are ideal for everything from prototyping to high-volume production runs. Machining involves many factors, and Wanda is here to assist you in selecting the most efficient process for your components. Whether you need one part or a million, we can help. The tightest tolerance we offer is ¡À.0008" (0.020 mm). For tighter tolerances, we evaluate each case based on your technical drawings. Wanda¡®s CNC machining service is capable of producing parts with tolerances as precise as ¡À0.0002". If no technical drawings are provided, all CNC parts will be manufactured according to our ISO 2768 medium standard. However, we can machine to tighter tolerances, such as ¡À0.025 mm or ¡À0.001", when critical features are specified in an accompanying engineering drawing.
